Thing I Love Thursday...Emile Henry Bakeware

This is a bakeware that I absolutely love. It is available in many colors, styles, and sizes. It is well known for even baking, easy cleaning, and being beautiful to serve food in. The bakeware is made of clay so it retains heat really well. I have four of the 4 1/2" pie dishes and one of the 9" pie dishes. The 9" is on sale right now at Williams-Sonoma for $34.99 which is a steal for this product. I use the small dishes more than the large dish because I tend to make dinner with the small dishes.

I love chewy cookies and there are wonderful and very snackable. I ate three within 10 minutes of them coming out of the oven, yum! They could have nuts in them but I made them without nuts.

I would think that some orange zest butter would be a lovely accompaniment to these rolls. That would just literally be maybe 1-2 teaspoons of freshly grated orange zest mixed into 1 stick of butter (salted or
